Creamy Cabbage, Beetroot and Coconut Slaw

  • 3 heaping cups finely sliced cabbage
  • ½ large raw beetroot, grated
  • ½ cup coconut chips/flakes
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 6 tbsp Zarbo Caesar Dressing
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

 

  1. In a large bowl, toss together cabbage, beetroot, coconut chips and parsley until distributed.
  2. Add Caesar Dressing and apple cider vinegar, and toss to coat. Serve chilled.
